How Spend Tracker works

Use this flow whenever you want to know what to check first and what is safe to do next.

1. Start here

Open Today first. It tells you what needs a decision right now and points you to the right page without making you hunt around.

2. Import safely

Drop a PDF or CSV into the sidebar upload box, then open Statements to confirm what was added. Undo only appears when it is still safe to roll back the latest import.

3. Review before you move on

Use Review for anything still waiting on your decision, and Transactions when you want to add, edit, or delete an entry yourself.

4. Use AI help only when you want it

AI help is available from Review and Statements as an optional suggestion. It does not run automatically, and nothing important changes until you confirm or save.

5. Close the month with confidence

When review, duplicates, subscriptions, reports, and archive steps are finished, use the month-close checklist in Today to wrap up the latest month cleanly.
